Who is Kids Rebellion?
Kids Rebellion is an online shop, providing articles designed specifically for children. Ever since 2004, we have been engaged with setting up a diversified, stylish, and high-quality product portfolio. Popular brands offered by us include Koeka, Cottonbaby, Coming kids, Taftan, Fabs World, Little Company etc. We deliver these products quickly via Post NL or DPD. Besides our English online shop, we also run Dutch and German online shops by now.
Do you have all products in stock?
We have many products in stock – however, not all of them. Certain products will require a longer delivery time. In suchlike cases, we will inform you respectively. Usually, it will be about a week.
Who is Buckaroo?
This is our Payment Service Provider. Our entire iDEAL, PayPal, credit card payments, and bank transfers are transacted by Buckaroo. With respect to general safety and the protection of your personal data and credit card information, this service meets the highest standards.
Who is 'Thuiswinkel' Association, and why are you members of it?
Thuiswinkel.org is the Dutch Home Shopping Organisation. It is an association of business owners, selling products and providing services to consumers via the internet, catalogs, and/or by mail order. The association does not only support its members, it also takes a stand for the interests of those consumers shopping with its members.

Is it possible to have birthday presents assorted by you?
Yes, it is. Simply inform us on your preferred color for the package and the price you intend to spend, and we will compile a nice present on your behalf. We will then wrap it up and box it for you.
Will you also supply companies?
Yes, we also supply business clients.
Replacement and Return
Within what period may I return goods?
After receipt of your order, you will have fourteen days to decide if you wish to keep the products or prefer to exchange/return them.
I would like to exchange an article. What do I have to do?
You may exchange products, which are still in their original state. In order to do so, please fill in the enclosed form, and return it along with the article you wish to replace within fourteen days. Upon receipt of your parcel, we will provide you with a respective confirmation. We recommend you previously send an e-mail to info@kidsrebellion.co.uk in order to obtain information on the requested article’s availability and to ensure you will receive it as soon as possible. In the event you wish to make a replacement, and the respective article features a price differing from the one previously ordered, you will either be refunded the difference within two work days to your bank account/credit card, or you will be communicated and requested to settle the balance. The new product will be sent upon receipt of the article to be replaced. The postage arising from your exchange shipment will be on your account.
I would like to return an article. What do I have to do?
You may return articles, which are still in their original state, within a period of fourteen days. In order to do so, please fill in the enclosed form, and send it back along with the article you wish to return. Upon receipt of your return parcel, we will provide you with a respective confirmation. The postage arising from your return will be on your account.
Will I be refunded my payments if I return goods?
Yes, your payments will be refunded. Within two work days upon receipt of your return, we will transfer the purchase price back to the bank account or credit card your order was paid from.
I would like to cancel my entire order. What do I have to do?
If you wish to delete an order, please send an e-mail to info@kidsrebellion.co.uk . Please state the respective order number in your e-mail. We will provide you with a cancellation confirmation, including a return address, which you please use in case your order has already been delivered. Immediately upon receipt of your parcel we will send you a respective confirmation. Within a few work days, we will refund the purchase price, less shipment charges, to your bank account or credit card.

How much are your shipment charges?
Shipment charges for deliveries within the Netherlands amount to EUR 3.95. Orders of a value amounting to EUR 100 or above will be delivered cost-free within the Netherlands. For deliveries to abroad, other rates will be charged. You can view these here.
To what countries will your products be shipped?
To almost all EU countries.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Provided that the articles you order are in stock, and you place your order and payment before 03.00 p.m., we will ship the order the same day. In case an article should require a longer delivery time, we will provide you with information on the expected shipment date as soon as possible.
Why do I have pay shipment charges of EUR 9.95, even if I order only one item?
The respective amount includes both, shipment as well as handling charges. By the way, the actual shipment charges exceed this amount. We bear part of the costs.
Delivery
Who will deliver my order?
Our forwarder for the Netherlands is TNT Parcel Service. For foreign destinations, we work together with various forwarders depending on destination and nature of the parcel.
At about what time will I receive my delivery?
As this depends on the mail carrier’s route in your area, we are unfortunately not able to provide you with information on the exact delivery date. We thus suggest you assume the point of time parcels are usually delivered at in your area.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Provided that the articles you order are in stock, it will take a maximum of four work days for them to be delivered.
I’m usually not home in daytime. How can I still get my delivery?
We will try to deliver the parcel to your address twice. If these attempts should be unsuccessful because there was nobody home, the parcel will either be handed over to your neighbours, or you will have to pick it up at the closest post office branch. In suchlike cases, you will be provided with respective information in your mailbox.

Is it possible to state an alternative delivery address?
Yes, it is. Throughout the ordering process you will be provided with the option of stating an alternative delivery address.
We have moved houses. How do I change my address?
In order to change your address data, please log on to your account.
I will go on holiday. Is it possible to have my order delivered at a later date?
Yes, it is. You may provide us with respective information using the category ‘comments’, provided in your order process.

How do I place orders?
There are different options for placing orders. You can place orders by creating an account with our online shop. However, placing orders is also possible without having an account. If you decide for the first option, you will simply need to log yourself on for placing orders in future. I did not receive any order confirmation. What do I have to do?
Please contact us. Possibly the e-mail address you used for ordering does not correspond to your actual e-mail address.
How do I search for specific products or colors?
You can search for keywords, and screen for colors, sizes, and brands.
Payment
Which payment options do you offer?
You may remit the amount of your order, or deploy iDEAL, PayPal, or your credit card (Mastercard and VISA) for payment. Furthermore, we offer the option of cash on delivery for destinations in the Netherlands. In that case the mail carrier will collect your payment upon the goods’ delivery.
My payment was not transacted successfully. What do I have to do?
In case your payment was not successful, you will receive an email, including a link to payment system Buckaroo that will allow you to pay by bank transfer, via iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card. There are several possible reasons why payments are not transacted successfully at the first attempt. Frequently, this is based upon technical malfunction or the ‘back’ button being clicked during the payment process.
Is it possible to settle my payment retroactively?
If you decide for the option of cash on delivery, you will be able to pay retroactively. For cash on delivery, we will charge an additional 15,00 Euros. This is only possible for destinations in the Netherlands.

I have got a complaint to make. How do I submit it?
Please send an e-mail to Customer Service, and describe your complaint as precise as possible. We will respond within two work days.
A while ago, I bought an article – however, I’m not satisfied with its quality. What do I have to do?
Please send an e-mail to Customer Service, and precisely describe the reason for your dissatisfaction with the respective product. If possible, please attach a photo to your e-mail. We will respond within two work days.

Is shopping with Kids Rebellion safe?
You can shop with us without having any worries. We will use our best efforts to make your online shopping experience as convenient and safe as possible. Apart from being members of 'Thuiswinkel' Association, we achieve this goal – for instance – by providing you with several e-mails, informing you on your current order status and by transacting payments via Buckaroo. We also provide you with information on the experiences made by other customers, by publishing their opinion on our website.
Is paying via your shop safe?
Yes, it is extremely safe. Your personal information will be encrypted and transmitted via SSL connection. Bank transfers will be made on the sites provided by Buckaroo – consequentially, we have no access to your bank or credit card details.
How do you handle personal data?
We will exclusively use your personal information to facilitate your order’s processing and to contact you on issues regarding your order. We will definitely not disclose any personal data to any third parties – unless we are required to do so by law.
Is paying you by credit card safe?
Yes, it is absolutely safe. This payment option will not be transacted via our own website but on those provided by Buckaroo. Buckaroo meets the highest safety standards. We support 3D Secure and Verified by Visa. These additional safety measures make paying by credit card even safer. That means, you will not only be able to enter your credit card details when paying - you can also state your safety code without any worries. We have no access to your credit card details, and will not store them, either.

Our website’s homepage offers the option for subscribing to our newsletter. All you have to do is to enter your e-mail address. The same page also offers the option for unsubscribing.
