Customer Service

We find it extremely important that you will have a pleasant shopping experience with Kids Rebellion. Naturally, good service is part of this. Therefore, we do our utmost to make your shopping with us as positive as possible.


Delivery time

After you place your order, you will be notified on the estimated shipping date of your order. It will be delivered in the UK within four working days after receipt of your payment provided that the articles are on stock. We ship to many countries, including nearly all European Union countries. Delivery times for these destinations vary from two to eight working days, depending on the destination. If a specific product you ordered is not on stock, we will notify you on the estimated shipping date.

Payment options

We use the services of our Payment Service Provider Buckaroo to process your payments. Buckaroo meets the highest security standards for processing personal and payment details. You have the following payment options in our webshop:

  1. Credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD
  2. PayPal
  3. Money order

Delivery service

We work with a number of delivery services for foreign destinations depending on the size and nature of the package. These differ per destination. The table here provides you with an overview of the shipping cost per destination. Shipping cost depend on the value of your order. Amounts mentioned are including VAT.

Right of withdrawal

After receipt of your order, you have two weeks to decide whether you keep the articles or if you want to exchange or return all or some of them. If you prefer to exchange or return, we kindly ask you to send the concerning article back to us within two weeks and a brief message per email stating the order number and the concerning articles in your email. You will need to send back the articles within one week.

Returns and exchanges

Articles bought at Kids Rebellion may be returned within fourteen days after receipt if they do not meet your expectations. This is applicable to all products, except for sale items. We kindly ask you to send the concerning article back to us within two weeks and a brief message per email to info@kidsrebellion.co.uk stating the order number and the concerning articles. After your returns notification, you will have two weeks to send the article back to us. Your package will contain an exchange and returns form that you can use to return goods. When you fill in this form and enclose it with your returns package we will be able to process your returns as soon as possible.

When your package has arrived at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within two workdays. In case your wish to return goods, we will credit your account or credit card that you used to pay for your order within two workdays. I case you would like to exchange an article and this has a different price than the product you ordered initially, you will receive the price difference within five working days on your account or credit card or you will receive a request to pay for the difference. A new article will be sent after we have received the product that you would like to exchange.

The shipping cost for returning goods are for your own account. The cost for sending a new article if you wish to exchange a product will be on our account. Please note that the shipping cost for your order will be based on the eventual order amount, so we will settle shipping costs with your returns based on the shipping table above. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before the articles have been sent, you can cancel your order by sending us an email to Customer Service stating the order number and your wish to cancel your order. You will ten receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email. The order amount including the calculated shipping costs will be refunded to you within two work days.

Warranty

We guarantee that goods supplied by Kids Rebellion comply with common standards and requirements and that they are free from any defects whatsoever. Your receipt or invoice is your guarantee, so we advice you to keep this safely stored. In case of a defect, you must be able to provide us with this. Complaints should be reported to Kids Rebellion in writing. The guarantee is void if the defect is a result of faulty or improper use of the products. This means that your warranty stops if you altered or tried to change the product or if you use the product for a purpose that it is not intended for. Normal wear and tear is excluded from warranty

Complaints

We do our utmost to deliver a perfect product and to provide a good service. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. You can do this via email on Customer Service or by phone on +31 30 265 88 89. We can be reached during office hours from 09.00 till 17.00 hrs. We will confirm the receipt of your complaint within two working days and we will also provide you with a time within which we will revert to your complaint. We will solve the problem in consultation with you as soon as possible. We kindly request you to follow our instructions for a smooth settlement of your complaint. Shipping cost for returning an article with a complaint are initially at your own expense. These costs will be credited in case your complaint is just. Please take into account that all textile products need to be washed in accordance with the wash instructions on the label. I case you choose to do otherwise, your complaint will declared void.

Home Shopping safeguard

Kids Rebellion is a member of the Dutch Organisation for Home Shopping and we therefore carry the Homeshopping Guarantee logo (Thuiswinkel Waarborg Logo) As a customer, this means much security for you. Our general terms and conditions are the same as the General Terms and Conditions for Home Shopping and we follow the code of conduct of the Dutch Organisation for Home shopping (Thuiswinkel Organisatie).
